Stylish Hound COVID-19 Update
Hey Stylish Hounds,
We hope you and your dog(s) are keeping safe and healthy.
We also want to express our gratitude for supporting our small business.
Whilst we are experiencing the seriousness of COVID-19 together, we are taking extreme caution to maintain the health and safety standards. Our priority is to ensure goods are safely and hygienically handled from us to when they arrive to you and your dog/s.
All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days (excluding weekends, public holidays). We are maintaining a very high standard of hygiene by:
- Regularly sanitising all work areas
- Regularly washing and sanitising hands
- Only one person will be packing all orders; Her temperature will be taken at the start and end of the work day
- Our courier is now wearing face mask and gloves during pick up.
- All parcels will now be ‘safe drop’ to minimise contact when possible
We will now extend our returns from 10 days to 30 days, this will be honoured until further notice.
We are working hard to ensure that your orders are handled with the upmost care and hygiene standards.
