ELITE TRAINER KIT

I purchased the Black Elite Trainer Treat Pouch to be able to carry both my treats, dog essentials and bits and bobs. It holds a lot of treats in the front magnetic pouch and so many items in the zip up section- very spacious. The poop bag dispenser is great. Love the belt- super easy to put on/adjust. Handy to have on the go or at home while training my new puppy. Highly recommend!

Love the style; that's what caught my eye. But the zipper compartment is a lifesaver for my personal essentials. So to be able to keep my personal stuff and my corgi's must-haves this is the perfect pouch! I take this for training, hiking and a day about town with PeeJay my little land shark.

This bag is brilliant - feels like it was made by a dog walker for a dog walker. We've trialled so many different bags, and this is the best by a long mile. BUT, it doesnt look like the strap connection will last five minutes, and these are hideously expensive. It's the only dog bag ive ever had where the strap attachment is upside down, so the strap pulls AGAINST the stitching and the fabric, not with the stitching. I can already see the pressure it's putting on the stitching, and we've only used it two days, with barely anything in it weight wise. Totally unimpressed with that aspect to be honest, Im now concerned about putting much in it, because more weight = more pressure on the stitching and material. Very disappointing for something that is otherwise a superb product. Feels like someone didnt think that through.. its meaning neither of us are using the bag to its potential for fear of the fabric tearing and stitching failing.

Absolutely loving it so far, had a some stitching come apart within the first 2 weeks and they were quick and happy to help with a replacement. I love the silicone insert for our raw/cooked meat treats when training and so easy to clean. The magnetic openings on the pouch is really handy for anyone that struggles with zippers or like me with some weakness in the hands, it’s super handy to be able to just slide my hand in to open and to snap it shut
with little effort. Can’t wait to use this on the regular for all our future outings

I asked Santa for this training pouch for Christmas. It is exquisite. There’s room for absolutely everything and plenty of places to attach additional items. It’s been excellent to load up for an excursion with a foxhound and beagle. (My review won’t show as a verified purchase as Santa acquired this pouch for me). It’s great that an Australian business is designing training gear of this calibre.

It was everything I was looking for. I have a Leonberger so need to carry more treats and a big water bottle as well as my phone, keys, poo bags and my own water bottle. I can with this pouch and it’s easy clean for when he gets slobber all over it. Would definitely recommend.

I really wanted to love this pouch!

Everything looks nice, it's super spacious, the design is perfect to neatly bring all your essentials. Everything has it's own compartment; treats, keys/wallet, phone, water bottle, poop bags and (tug) toys.

I love that a 2-cup stasher fits perfectly inside the front treat pouch and sits neatly undder the magnetic closure. And any 500ML Water bottle also fits perfectly in the water bottle compartment.

But I have to be honest and move on to the problem.

I've only had this treat pouch for a month and have been using it for leisure walks in good weather. I never put anything heavy in the bag or stuffed it full. I basically use it the way it is promoted on the website, just for the essentials that I previously mentioned.

Sadly, the rate of wear and tear of this product is simply unacceptable.

After only 3 days the fabric that holds the magnetic closing in place at the back of the treat pouch (phone compartment) was so worn down that you could see the magnet through the fabric, almost poking out. Even after deciding to rarely use that closure anymore and to open it super carefully with both hands, the magnet looks like it will tear through the thin fabric at any moment.

A week ago the liner inside the treat pouch started to rapidly tear away at the seams above the zipper compartment. I was honestly a bit shocked to see this happen. It was now completely teared open. I can now see the white foam-y 'inside' of the treat pouch.

It seems to me that the fabric of the treat pouch is very thin and the stitches are extremely fragile.

Lastly, the elastic band that can hold tugtoys stretches out way too easily and loses it's elasticity fast.

I waited a long time for this product to arrive (I'm in Europe) and was super excited about it. So you can imagine the dissapointment. I can't helped but feel a bit fooled by the website that portrays it as high quality.

I still really love the pouch, so I'm planning to find a local handyman who can repair and strenghten the treat pouch.

But I really hope Stylishhound is willing to refund me, even if it's just partly or to cover the costs of the repairs.

I really hope I just had a 'defect' treat pouch, but I fear this is a problem with the product itself.

Having said that; The pro trainer insert, the waistband and the shoulder band are SUPER! Very high quality as opposed to the treat pouch.

Amazing bag! As a service dog handler, it’s nice to have a bag that’s big enough to fit my personal stuff and my dogs stuff aswell, and this one ticks all the boxes: it fits TONS! The bag I received at first had a malfunction, however, after contacting customer service I got send another bag within a day, which is perfect! Overall, product and services 10/10! :)

I have three dogs and this is the perfect training bag to carry everything I need for all 3 of my dogs without lugging around additional treat pouch, dog poop bags, or toys! Large enough to put my personal belongs as well! I really love this bag!

Spare lead, water, treats of different value, kong or flirt pole lure, ID wallet phone etc plus the pram and all my boys below ngings needed.

Well we went shopping this morning and left the backpack home. This pouch is exactly what I needed. Comfortable and so much room for everything. Very easy to clean including the treat pouch.

Great bag, I got this one as well as OG. Both are great in their own way. I'm used to feeding and accessing bag with my right hand, so the elite takes a bit to get used to, seems more left hand friendly. I like it so much I may consider getting another as a handbag as the magnetic treat compartment is soo handy to quickly get access for regularly used items when on errands.

The quality is insane! As a dog mum this makes walks SO much less chaotic 👏🏻
