After purchasing a back seat sling at triple the price I paid for the one I had prior I thought and hoped it would last me years.
Unfortunately it lasted just on a year to the date and ripped at the back join. Contacting stylish hound has just left me more dissatisfied as they said although they would have hoped it was more durable it wasn’t and they think they generously offered me a discounted new one. I won’t be purchasing again as I really need something that will last as long as my cheaper ones have. Very disappointed at the product and the service or lack there of
Hello Tania,
Thank you for sharing your concerns on the Backseat Cover.
We do our best to provide products that are useful and durable for not only you but your dog. Generally with most products anything after 6 months to 1 year is classified as ware and tare. This is due to may points; how the product is stored? How it is used and how often? How is is Cleaned or maintained? Once a product has left our warehouse we are unable to know all of the above but we do our very best to support our customers in these times.
Our customer service team is still working with you currently to get the best possible resilution for you and your dog.

I couldn’t be happier that I decided to give finding a non-slip seat cover one last go. I had basically given up on finding a car seat cover that didn’t actually slip on the seats after buying a few different brands. This one is amazing quality, is functional, super cute design and the backing is amazing. I’ll be purchasing another to keep aside for when I eventually get a car that has two rows of seats for the doggos

I bought this as a gift for Mother’s Day for my mum in law. She just bought a new car and needed something stylish and functional so her pup didn’t scratch the new leather seats when travelling. She loves gardening and the print is just beautiful. Needless to say the gift was a hit 😀

Fits our car so well! Very durable material, waterproof (tested accidentally by spilling Ollie’s water bowl in the back seat on the cover oops), and scratch proof! Our old cover ripped, but with stylish hound one it’s sooo much more durable! Also looks stylish and sleek and not “tacky”. Love love love highly recommend. Also can just chuck it in the wash and it’s clean!

We've found the ultimate car seat cover! Our energetic boy, Chino, has a history of tearing through previous ones, but Stylish Hound's cover has stood the test of time. It's been months, and it's still in perfect shape – no damage at all. The installation is a breeze, it stays in place, and our back seats are fully protected. Chino is an older boy (13!) and the quilted fabric provides a bit of extra comfort for his aging bones. What truly sets this cover apart is the fantastic mesh panel – something I only realised when using a different brand's cover recently when we borrowed a car. The airflow it allows is a total game-changer; I can't imagine going without it now! Thanks Stylish Hound!

Keep enjoying the ride with your furry friend!

Deliver was great arrived in a day or two. The seat cover looks nice and covers a good amount of space. But materials do feel a bit thin and zippers are not very strong. We used our cover for the first time for a 35-40min trip and our golden retriever managed to put his leg through the front mesh zip by leaning against it.

I love this car seat cover... It's a little bit padded for my dog's comfort, it looks really pretty, & best of all the dog hair just brushes off! Big contrast to my last car seat cover which was extremely difficult to clean. Highly recommend this product!

Fits my hoomums Honda Civic hatch like a glove. She likes how easy the buckle straps glide when adjusted. The cover material is soft and smooth enough that hoomum can just swipe off loose hairs and debris with her hand. It is also cool to touch which suits me - as I run hot. There haven't been any spills yet so we cant comment on the waterproofing. We also got the head rest restraint which hoomum likes more than the seatbelt restraint , but I hate both because I like to be free to bounce all around.
Looking forward to more adventures in the back seat !!
Xoxo

Hi Samantha,
Thank you for your review of the back seat cover with travel bag. It's great to hear that the cover fits your Honda Civic hatch perfectly and that the buckle straps are easy to adjust. The soft and smooth material sounds like a nice touch, and it's good to know that it's easy to clean. Hopefully, the waterproofing will hold up if any spills occur. It's always nice to have options when it comes to restraints for your furry friend, but it sounds like your pooch prefers to be free to bounce around. Happy travels!
